Romans 1:23 – And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Romans 1:25 – Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Romans 1:28 – And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

1 Timothy 6:20 – O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called.

Hey all, haven’t done a blog post for a while, I have been doing a little bit of earnestly contending for the faith of late, so my fingers are a bit weary and I am tired, but thought I’d post something that may or may not help a Christian when someone hits you with Science and Religion do not mix. If you are not saved, a non Christian, an atheist, evolutionist, whatever, I hope you would read this in its entirety first before doing what you would with it. Please consider the truth, not because I am great or mighty or intellectual or amazing, but because God is.

Firstly, evolution and science so called is religion. Science and religion already do mix, the science that is taught and hammered into kids at every public school as a mandatory part of all education is religion. It is not the pure religion of the Bible which James speaks of though, but rather a religion of man, a religion of nature. It replaces THE God, with mankind and nature itself as the god and gods. This may not seem so at the first. To begin to unravel this mystery religion, with it being a mystery religion because those in it do not even know it is a religion and hence deny it, evolution and the so called science underpinning it cannot be separated from the philosophy that underpins it such as naturalism. Even an honest evolutionist will admit as much. Naturalism by definition is the idea or belief that only natural laws and forces operate in the world. So right away we start seeing some of the truth in Romans 1 (read Romans 1). We start to get into a mystic mess, a New Age mess. What do you think ape to man to … god? is all about? Satan’s age old enticement of Eve – Ye shall be as gods – Genesis 3.

People like Darwin and Lyell, godfathers of evolution and today’s version of science, who were at the core of evolution hated God and sought to establish a truth and knowledge system that eliminated God. Science is meant to be about establishing knowledge, but their science did not want God. Their science eliminates God as a solution before setting out to find a solution. The Bible warns us to avoid oppositions from science falsely so called. The science being taught in schools, public education, is so called science, not true science. True science, which is supposed to be a sincere search for truth and knowledge, would not eliminate God as a possibility before it begins. Science so called today is compromised by scientists who value their reputation and funding over truth. Who would dare not challenge the established order. Who design test and interpret all experiments and results through the prism of God is not real, and the flood did not happen. The deck is stacked, the results are fixed, they generate results that cannot, will not contradict what they want to see. They don’t want to retain God in their knowledge, as Romans says. (Wow the Bible is so true and accurate and up to date!) The scientific method requires things to be observable, repeatable, and testable. Yet we cannot observe, repeat or test an ape turning into man. Sure they may say of course not, it takes a long time – well then cool, but it’s not science by the scientific method’s definition is it? And hence it should be chucked out for the rot that it is, but because this world hates God, hates truth, hates light, they welcome lies which excuse their sinful lusts and lives. That is at the core of the issue, get God out of the picture so I can have an unrestrained self justified go at all that I want to do. Just like in Genesis 6, you end up with a generation that is only evil continually, or Genesis 11, when God scattered them because nothing was going to restrain them from what they had determined to do.

Evolutionists have more faith than Christians do, just theirs is blind, whereas our faith is based on the Word of God. Big, big difference. Naturalist philosophy cannot and does not account for supernatual or spiritual. And it is very deceptive. Naturalism is New Age religion, where the creature/creation/mother/earth/gaia is the god. Mankind has to worship a god, be it the real God or themselves as god or the earth itself and nature as god. Mankind must and does worship something. God has put it in humanity. And this is what has happened here, naturalism is nothing other than New Age religion which worships nature, its laws, the earth. New Agers believe god is all and all is god. Evolutionary science is about a journey of mankind from ignorance to enlightenment, to a higher consciousness, which is just plain old New Age thinking. We start to see that evolution is actually an extremely cleverly disguised religion. Sure, evolutionist may not believe they worship and serve a god, but just their god is called creation, the creature, nature, the mother, the laws of nature – just because it doesn’t carry the name “God” makes it no less a god that they are serving. They see the world through Darwin and Lyells God hating, self excusing self justifying glasses, they see the world through the prism of their natural god. The problem is (for them), THE God is not bound by his own laws, he is outside and above his own creation. God is Almighty, Supreme, the Judge, the King, the Lord, the Creator and Sustainer of all things. These people are only robbing themselves, for they are worshipping the creation, which they themselves are part of, instead of the Creator of the creation. Which do you think is better and more worthy of worship?

Just like the false prophet causes the world to worship the beast, so a dodgy scientific method all based on anti God anti Bible philosophy causes us to worship evolution, to declare evolution, a beast of a thing. The world wondered after the beast, the world said, Who is able to make war with him? Not many people in the world are able to make war with evolution. Even Christians cower down before the beast. The only way you can do war with evolution, the only way you can see beyond the swirling world of pseudo science, a masterpiece of Satan, who is the most subtil beast of the field, is through God’s word. You and I stand no hope against him in our own strength or intellect. God’s word is the light in the darkness, a beacon in a dying world. Jesus is the light of the world. It’s all about Jesus. He is the truth. You reject him there’s nothing left for you. Jesus is the WAY, the TRUTH, the LIFE. He is the ONLY way to the Father.

Science and religion don’t mix? Well science and religion are already mixed. They just don’t want pure Christian religion and science to mix. They want their own religion, their own image, their own god, and they want to hammer it into your child, even if they cannot conquer you. The dragon has cast a flood out of his mouth. Don’t be carried away by it.

Ephesians 6:12 – For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Now I could continue, and I admit I have skipped quickly between points attempting to cover a lot of ground in not many paragraphs. If you have a question, please feel free to comment. I am not a know it all, I dont profess special gifted insight, I just believe the Bible. Read your Bible. It has more truth than any of us can even begin to start comprehending in our lifetime. Believe the gospel, that is the starting point – the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ for you in your place.

John 3:16 – For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
